Willie McDougall, An Open Letter

Willie McDougall was one of  Glasgow’s life long anarchists, a bitter anti-war campaigner and conscientious objector. As a conscientious objector he was sent to Dartmoor prison, but some how managed to get hold of a bicycle, cycled off, and made his way back to Glasgow, where he continued his anti-war campaigning. This was an open letter written to Mr Callaghan, then Minister in the Labour Government. Though somewhat dated, it still makes for interesting reading.
